Is it playful? Maybe. Maybe not.
Is it play? For many of us, Yes!
But what IS it exactly?

Predicament Play is more mindset than method. This niche of kink can be mild or intense. It can be physically taxing, mentally stimulating. The scenes can be utterly ridiculous or deadpan serious, depending on how you and your partner want to play.

Creativity and spontaneity count. You can create predicaments out of virtually any object or situation. In this class, Tony and LadyGrey will help you recognize opportunities to do so (and hopefully impart some courage to seize them!). There will be “show and tell’ with some common household items being used in rather uncommon ways. You may go home with new ideas for how to create wonderfully terrible (terribly wonderful?) situations for you and your partner.

In this class, Tony and Rae will teach you how to recognize different predicament scenarios – and create them! He will demonstrate a few popular types of predicaments, such as:

• Cost/reward predicaments
• Lesser evil predicaments
• Inevitable predicaments
• Unrecoverable predicaments
• 
  

Assuming it’s not too cold in the room (lol, let’s be honest) they will also demonstrate a few anatomy-specific predicaments, for both internal and external genitalia. Let’s face it – those bits are known to get us into predicaments so we might as well do it intentionally! In short: Come prepared to laugh, get aroused, or a little bit of both.

As with any play, safety is paramount. Tony will name some real life potential risks and best practices for Tops. Rae will discuss the role of emotional and mental vulnerability for Bottoms, and consider healthy boundaries and tips for pre-scene negotiations. HouseofGrey, LLC welcomes singles, couples, and polycules of all sizes to attend this class. You are not required to bring a partner. While sex is not integrated into the class, attendance indicates your informed consent to discuss and view simulations of alternative sexuality. Participants are invited, encouraged, but never pressured to speak or volunteer.
